My family had three birthdays and a wedding during quarantine, and each one felt intimate, heartfelt, and infinitely more special than they usually would. Inspired by this shift, we’ve been curating a collection of vintage entertaining treasures that will continue to grow in the coming months, and we’re so excited to start offering these heirloom pieces online and in person at !

If you read my last post, then you know it’s time to introduce the super fun artist hosting this weekend’s BASH Instagram takeover- Fisayo of !!

Fisayo is a fashion designer and recent Pratt graduate who makes the most beautiful party-worthy apparel. Her designs are exuberant, joyful, and bold, each one a show-stopping treasure.

I first encountered Fisayo the day I launched my Instagram account. I had no followers, no products, and no website, but I posted a single photo just to get over the hurdle and almost instantly, like magic, Fisayo liked it! She was SO supportive and encouraging as I got my brand off the ground, and I got to watch as her fun aesthetic evolved and was applied in exciting new directions over the past five and a half years. She’s a skilled illustrator, one of the absolute nicest people on Instagram (and probably in real life too!!), and a true talent.

Fisayo will be running Bash’s Instagram feed and stories throughout this weekend, so go check out her work and follow along this weekend!!

Hi, it’s me, - turns out I’m not a brand, I’m just one person with no employees, so I’m going to speak here as myself.

I’m sorry I disappeared for two months. I’m sorry I couldn’t find the right words when everyone was suffering as we fought a global pandemic, and I’m even more sorry I couldn’t find the right words when we collectively rose up to face the deadly pandemic that has plagued our nation for 400 years.

I was basically holding a microphone on a stage in front of 29,000 people (and probably some bots) and I, well...pissed my pants instead of advocating for change. Here’s how I will use that microphone going forward.

From talking to customers in our shop this week, it sounds like a lot of you have canceled parties but still want to make people feel special for their birthdays/engagements/babies/etc. WE LOVE THIS! Send a bundle of decorations and birthday candles to a far away friend! Decorate your house so when your kid wakes up on their birthday morning, it’s WILD in there! Can’t make it to Easter brunch with your nieces and nephews? Get them some Easter baskets and little treasures from our online shop and have it shipped to them! 🐥 Who wouldn’t want a box full of fun gifts showing up at home while you’re stuck inside?!?

This is a super scary time for business owners (and okay, like, everyone) and I get giddy with happiness and relief every single time I see an order roll in.
