Well, our old landlord left our sign in window for less than one hour! We are officially out of 6729 Northwest Hwy! Our new address is 7646 W Touhy Ave! However, the new place is a dangerous turmoil of boxes and stuff. We are available if you need flowers. Please call ahead if you can. We will let you know when it’s safe to enter! Spring is a time of change, sometimes big change. 56 on Wednesday, 36 and snow on Friday. Well, a big change is coming to Romance in Blooms. We were recently informed by our landlord of 23 years that she will not be renewing our lease.
We must move just after Mother’s Day. Believe me, this is not a welcome change. We do not want to move. We are franticly looking for a new, suitable space in the Edison/Norwood Park area. It is not easy. One thing is for sure, we will need to downsize. We are putting on sale much of our inventory of gift and display items- so if you really wanted that lamp or plant stand, now’s your chance! (Sorry, not the hall tree!) We will keep you all posted on where we are moving to when we know. Hopefully something good will come of this change, but it is hard to see it now. Thank you.
