Today I would like to express a long overdue and massive gratitude to our land hosts, S&B Finishing Co. Owner Kenny Spielman’s devotion to improving the well being of the community that surrounds his business is heart warming. He has given me the opportunity of a lifetime, with constant encouragement and patience over the past four years as we work towards our goal beautify the space and to make a healthy impact on the neighborhood. This winter we began an ongoing collaboration with the literacy foundation Open Books! Our studio will remain a bookstore until the end of February.To celebrate this return to flowers, we will open the store as a Valentine’s Day Flower and Book Shop open this Saturday, the 12th through Monday the 14th, 9-6 with a special packages to benefit Open Books.
