They were responsive and picked us up promptly. Jay the driver was so nice and helped with the luggage and getting onto the bus. We also had him pick us up for the return trip to the airport. He arrived on time and we got to the airport quickly. We appreciated the reliability and ease of reserving the limo and be able to get to our destinations on time. Thank you so much."

He adapted, with flexibility, to our changing schedule, and did a great job of maneuvering through downtown traffic. When we wanted to make a couple stops at iconic Chicago tourist sites, he was able to park the bus and patiently wait for us. Thank you."
