July kept us busy! We shipped Phantom of the Opera, 2 orders for Cats, Addams Family, Hunchback of Notre Dame, 2 orders for Cinderella, Big Fish, Little Women, 2 orders for Shrek, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Sweeney Todd, Curtains, 2 orders for Music Man, Les Miz, Pearl, Little Mermaid and a few pulls for private events like Bridgerton and Renn Faire- whew! Autumn is Coming and Broadway Costumes is ready to work with you to book your dream show while saving you a lot of money.

If you book your show, and pay with credit or check between the dates of Monday, August 12 to Friday, August 16, and with an opening date before December 31, 2024, we will provide our customers an extra 10% off on top of our other promotions.

Broadway Costumes is in search of a new Alterations Manager. We have some new and exciting design build opportunities for professional and scholastic theatre planned. Our team is seeking individuals with experience in alterations sewing, as well as previous shop management experience.

The ideal candidate will be able to show their extensive experience with most of the following: Blind Hemmers, home sewers, industrial sewers, 4 & 5 thread sergers, industrial zig-zig, a variety of hand stitching techniques, draping, & pattern making.

The preferred applicant will also demonstrate ability to manage other stitchers and the workflow of the department, with speed and efficiency in a kind, professional manner.
