Room flips are very common; specially with Chicago weather we had everything plan for a ceremony outside but today’s thunderstorms had us partially flipping from ceremony and Reception! #roomflipsuccess

Gathering together with loved ones and friends to celebrate 🎉 weddings together and share a delicious meal has been severely stifled over these past 15 months by the pandemic 😷 ✅ Live Events. Gone. ✅ Weddings 👰, postponed. ✅ Corporate events vanished without a trace. Never will we take getting together for a meal, no matter how big or small, for granted ever again. And just as all of us have been impacted in so many ways on a personal level, so too have businesses 📈, especially the restaurant and catering business 🍽 who have been hit so hard 💸and unfortunately some have not been able to bounce back. As a proud, immigrant, family-owned catering business in a highly competitive market, we were one of those businesses who faced those challenges not knowing what the outcome would be. We questioned ourselves, will we survive? Will we last and out live these harsh times? We had to think quickly on our feet and pivot in new ways to adapt at lightning ⛈speed. With grit, passion, tenacity and ingenuity, we had to protect our dream that we worked so hard towards to survive the pandemic and we are forever grateful that so many of you were there to support us 🙏!
