As we prepare for the big game this weekend, our New Orleans team reflected on some of the events we've curated over the years at Louisiana’s most recognizable landmark, the Superdome. While over 80,000 fans will fill the stadium Sunday for the championship game, we specialize in transforming legendary venues like this into the perfect backdrop for one-of-a-kind business experiences.
We've orchestrated high-energy receptions, staged fantastic tailgates, created kid’s zones, produced funk rock concerts, and capped it all off with spectacular firework displays. Our most memorable client events are the ones that started with their own second-line parade from the hotel to the stadium, setting the stage for a night of unparalleled fun.
Our local team takes pride in events that showcase the rich culture, energy, and hospitality that define New Orleans. Considering this destination for your next event? Let us help: https://conta.cc/4hlBDsa

On the final day of our 12 Days of Collaborations, we're reminiscing about teaming up with Johnny Earle, founder and CEO of Johnny Cupcakes for a very successful panel discussion titled Think Differently at IMEX America 2024 in the Inspiration Hub.
What happens when you embrace wild ideas and then find the team to bring them to life with you? You open the door to incredible innovation and creativity. With Johnny, and moderated by Courtney Lohmann of Courtney Lohmann Consulting, our very own Nicole Hess explored the power of thinking differently, using collaborative thinking in event design, and differentiating your event with a new wild idea. Johnny is an inspiring speaker, Courtney is an outstanding facilitator and sustainability expert, and Nicole is unafraid to challenge norms while ensuring her ideas deliver tangible value and positive outcomes.
IMEX America 2024 set new records with 15,500 attendees, 86,000 meetings, and 300 remarkable speakers. We were proud to demonstrate our expertise alongside them.
It’s a tall order to go from place to place, year after year, flawlessly staging events that wow your participants and achieve your business objectives. At PRA, we thrive on challenges. Tell us about your next event: https://pra.com/request-proposal/
That's a wrap!

Today marks day 11 of our 12 Days of Collaborations series, and we are excited to highlight our meaningful partnership with the American Forest Foundation. This alliance not only focuses on planting trees for the future but also tackles larger issues like land management, forest fire prevention, and biodiversity support.
Our partnership with the American Forest Foundation began in 2020. Two years later, we signed the “Net Zero Carbon Event” pledge and launched a Climate Change Fund Program of our own for our clients to support the Foundation's mission of empowering family forest owners to make significant conservation efforts. When clients book ground transportation with us, they have the opportunity to join this Program. This initiative connects our clients' transportation needs to tree planting activities, contributing to future reforestation projects. It's a fantastic way for businesses to make a meaningful impact on the environment or begin their sustainability journey.
This collaboration strengthens our commitment to environmental responsibility and aligns with our ESG initiatives. Tomorrow is the final day of our 12 Days of Collaborations. Follow us!

Day 10 of our 12 Days of Collaborations brings a highlight from our client event, Tea, Tulips, and Trends. PRA’s New York team and The Whitby Hotel had the pleasure of co-sponsoring guests for a seasonal tea party, where tradition met innovation in a delightful way.
One of the standout trends year over year was the new happy hour: afternoon tea. Afternoon tea, a classic British ritual, has seen a resurgence thanks to Gen Zers and the cultural influence of Bridgerton. Last Spring, we infused this timeless tradition with contemporary flair, presenting a glimpse of the ‘best of’ programming to watch for in 2024. From cutting-edge culinary trends like 3D printed creations to unexpected branding, smart badges, and low-stimulation settings for neurodiverse audiences, we explored it all.
Did you know? PANTONE 13-1023, Peach Fuzz, was selected as the color of the year for 2024. We partnered with The Whitby, whose tea room is adorned in this same shade, to embody our commitment to caring for our clients. This soft, velvety peach hue radiates a soothing energy that nourishes the mind, body, and soul.

On Day 8 of our 12 Days of Collaborations series, we're excited to highlight the key role of familiarization trips, or FAMS. These trips allow our teams to recommend destinations and venues to our clients based on firsthand experiences rather than just information on paper. This knowledge helps everyone involved make smarter business decisions.
For example, our Atlanta office sponsored 25 event sourcing professionals for a one of a kind tour of the Beltline. The trip included sightseeing, taste testing, chocolate sampling, graffiti art, and local activities like a wreath-making craft workshop at RFD Social inside Ponce City Market, a 3-million-square-foot community hub. The day was made possible through our partnership with Hotlanta’s premier catering and event design company, Bold, a Fifth Group Restaurants brand.
Fun Fact: Atlanta earned a top spot in Northstar Meetings Group Convention Cities Index (CCi) as a leading convention city for 2023 and 2024.
Keep an eye out for more supplier collaborations.
On Day 7 of our 12 Days of Collaborations series, we're excited to spotlight our relationship with Tracy Latham, the talented artist behind Nashville Caricatures. He is well known for drawing lightning-fast, sharply accurate caricatures that are both humorous and flattering—in just 3 minutes.
Tracy is more than a caricaturist; he's a doodler, banjo player, and a longtime friend to our Nashville office. This past September, he joined us as a sponsor for our local 30th Anniversary celebration, helping us toast to 3 decades of successful meetings and events in Music City. Events are ultimately about drawing people together. Caricature artists do just that! Tracy drew people together, creating a lively atmosphere as guests gathered to watch, comment, and share a laugh. Caricatures make the perfect gifts for special occasions.
Stay tuned for more.
Welcome to Day 6 of our 12 Days of Collaborations series. We're reminiscing about our participation in SITE - Society for Incentive Travel Excellence Foundation’s premier fundraiser. SITE Foundation drives the business case for incentive travel and motivational experiences by raising funds that support education, professional development, research, and more.
We collaborated with My Island Events to bring a refreshing local flavor to the pool party we sponsored. Our gift to the guests? Fresh coconut water in custom-branded coconuts! It was a delightful surprise that attendees appreciated. With the heat blazing outside, this cooling drink was just what they needed to stay refreshed. Not only did it quench thirst, but it also added a touch of tropical flair that perfectly complemented the location: the luxurious Fontainebleau Miami Beach.

Today marks Day 5 of our 12 Days of Collaborations series. Let's take a moment to look back at the Activate 2024 event hosted by our strategic partner, Maritz.
Activate 2024 was designed to provide education, advance the events industry, and create connections between supplier partners and key decision-makers. We teamed up with Delight Naturals for the occasion to make all natural handcrafted lip balm flavors themed around the top destinations we serve with Maritz. Attendees had the chance to select from 14 custom flavors like Pineapple Whip for Hawai‘i or Pizza Pie for New York. Witnessing everyone's enthusiasm was a highlight, as each participant had their own favorite!
Follow us for more imaginative initiatives.
Today is Day 4 of our 12 Days of Collaborations series, and we're reminiscing about our fantastic time at IMEX this past year.
IMEX America was an incredible opportunity for our team to connect and work closely with valued clients. We teamed up with Lost Pattern to create premium branded pocket squares and scarves, which added a sophisticated touch to our appearance on the expo floor. Lost Pattern is dedicated to sustainable fashion, prioritizing the use of natural and biodegradable materials. Our stylish silk accessories became conversation starters as we interacted with clients and expanded our networks. It was a memorable collaboration that showcased our team's unity and commitment to creating meaningful connections.

Day 3 of our 12 Days of Collaboration series is here, and we're ready to shine a spotlight on our Custom Hat Bar, which was a hit at TOGETHER '24 in Music City, one of our favorite destinations.
The trucker hat bar is the freshest fad in personalized headwear, quickly becoming popular with individuals of all ages. These interactive setups offer a fun way for attendees to design a custom accessory that showcases their personality and style. Hip Hues partners with us, our clients, and country music stars like Eric Church to make this creative activity possible. They can travel nationwide to set up at your event.
Follow us for more collaboration highlights in the days to come.
It's the second day of our 12 Days of Collaboration.
We are proud to highlight a socially impactful team-building activity that we arranged to help wrap up Creative Group 2024 Key Partner Forum. Working alongside the nonprofit Wine To Water, we organized a Filter Build event. This initiative offers participants a chance to bond while contributing globally by supplying clean water to communities in need. Collectively, we assembled 150 filters, which will provide safe drinking water to 1,500 people for up to a decade. Here's to making a positive change through teamwork!
In the coming 11 days, we'll keep recognizing some of the outstanding suppliers who joined forces with us for key industry events.
