🥑 It’s National Avocado Day! We thought it was the perfect time to share our recipe for our wildly popular Chocolate Avocado Mousse. Creamy and decadent, but made with health in mind.

Chocolate Avocado Mousse 🍫🍓
(gluten free, dairy free & plant based)

Ingredients
1 Medium Ripe Avocado
10 Pitted and Chopped Dates
2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
3/4 cup Coconut Milk
1 tsp Honey25 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
2.5 tsp Salt, Kosher

Instructions
1. Slice avocado and remove skin & pit
2. Remove seeds from dates and give them a rough chop.
3. Put ALL ingredients into a blender
4. Blend until smooth

Add any toppings you like!

Makes four 4oz portions

Our promise stems from an old saying at KitchFix coined by a few baseball players we served. After a long and tiring road trip they returned to their home clubhouse where we had a delicious meal ready for them, to which they replied, “Wow, this food is the best in the bigs!”. ⚾️ That day we wrote “Best in the Bigs” on our kitchen wall, to remind ourselves of who we were and what we are committed to.
