According to Toby Collins-Ross, Food Service Supervisor of Wilson Care, food is an important factor in mental health. And as a recipient of multiple dining services awards including Best-In-Class Dining Services and Best-In-Class Food, Wilson Care takes pride in the quality of food provided to consumers.

The dietary team serves a buffet-style menu, which allows consumers to make selections with 4-5 alternative options always available. Once a month, the dietary team prepares authentic international meals according to residents’ preferences and requests.

Toby’s motto is: “If I wouldn’t eat it, I wouldn’t serve it!”

Cheesy garlic bread....my copycat version of Kimmy’s Kreations I tweaked the recipe by adding we both roasted and fresh garlic I also used garlic herb butter, freshly shredded mozzarella, salt, pepper, and parsley... This was my first attempt and trust me it will get greater later
