We are excited to reveal the Fantastic League of Wrestling Dragon Championships (Tag Team), retiring the old tag belts currently held by Those F'N Guys. Fantastic League of Wrestling focuses on showcasing tag team and trios wrestling as a main feature at our events.
New tag team rules take a page from the world of Lucha Libre. A unique rule in lucha libre applies during team matches (i.e., when a team's legal wrestler touches the ground outside the ring, a teammate may enter the ring to take his place as a legal competitor). Since the legal wrestler can step on the floor willingly, it is not necessary to tag a teammate to enter the match. This often allows for much more frantic action to take place in the ring than would be possible under standard tag rules.
TFG, being the reigning champions, put a massive target on their back. The Quest for the Dragon Belts Season 2 will see tag teams compete for those Championships.
A Fantastic League of Wrestling Christmas announcement. "The Ronin" Jase Osei from London, England will be joining our roster. Former Texas A&M All Conference lineman with a martial arts background in Taekwondo, Judo, Shidokan Karate, BJJ and Dutch Style Kickboxing. Jase Osei is the definition of a human weapon.
