She has honed her skills at organizations such as Kraft Foods, Beam Suntory, Topco Associates, Mizkan, and Mission Dispensaries.

Through her company, LKP Impact Consulting, LLC , Laurie works with cannabis and consumer products companies on brand strategy/design, consumer insights and commercial go-to-market strategy.

Laurie’s background includes experience in large-scale, integrated cross-channel marketing and experience campaigns, including a background in traditional marketing, category development and sales strategy in an omni-channel environment.

She served as the Vice President of Customer Engagement and Marketing for Mission Dispensaries, which owns or manages nine retail locations in six states. In that role, she oversaw consumer experience and marketing/brand strategies for the booming cannabis dispensary operator, as well as developed the concept of joint business planning, which includes strategic sourcing, assortment optimization and activation.

She is a recognized speaker at Cannabis Conference, Cannabis Beverage Expo, Illinois Women in Cannabis, and The Hatchery.

Victoria Williams is the Founder and CEO of Wake N V**e, a leading cannabis brand in Illinois, and a trailblazer in the industry known for her commitment to social equity and empowerment.

She heads ACC of Illinois Transportation and provides Responsible Vendor Training, applying her extensive experience in public relations, sales, and mobile marketing to foster community empowerment. Additionally, Victoria authored the "Cooking with a Twist" infusion recipe book, which merges culinary arts with cannabis education.

Educated at City Colleges of Chicago-Olive-Harvey College and Prairie State College Victoria's diverse career includes roles such as Sales Director Launching the brand at Starbuds Kaviar and former CEO of Starbuds Illinois.

Since 2016, she has led ACC of Illinois, transforming it into a pivotal consultancy across Illinois, Denver, and Nevada, and has been instrumental in launching social equity initiatives that create opportunities for underrepresented communities in the cannabis industry.

Victoria's latest milestone is the launch of "Victoria LP presents... WakeNV**e," the first African-American woman owned v**e line in Illinois, designed with a deep understanding of mothers and women consumers' unique needs.

Her unwavering commitment and innovative approach have earned her multiple accolades and a respected position on various industry boards, shaping policies and advocating for fair market access for minority-owned businesses.
