“Who we are:
Founded in 2019 by a brother-sister, cannabis-loving duo, based in the Northwest side of Chicago as MaryJane’s Incredible Edibles, the company developed an Advisory Board (since they were self-funded/ broke) and self-applied for an IL adult-use cannabis infusion license that was granted to them in Dec 2021.
Bringing together a knowledge base including industrial ingredient procurement, FDA and USDA food safety compliance, medical expertise and sales, the well-rounded group assisted the duo in creating the company we know today. After receiving a cease and desist from Edible Arrangements for the word “edible” in their name, the company re-branded as Culinary Cannabis Company.
What we offer:
CulinaryCannaCo, the house-brand for Culinary Cannabis Company, is debuting now in select markets across IL. This brand is targeted towards the consumer pantry, creating a new “aisle” in dispensaries, “the ingredient aisle”. The brand offers both single serving infused ingredients as well as baking mixes for the consumer to create cannabis infused goodies in their own kitchen. This offers a perfect solution for those searching for a gluten-free, dairy-free, or sugar-free solution.
Not all CulinaryCannaCo products fall within the above three listed dietary guidelines; however, some of the single serve infused ingredients, such as the THC-infused olive oil, is a perfect solution for those with dietary restrictions.
Why CulinaryCannaCo:
Our groundbreaking technology allows the consumer to ingest the product, but absorb it through the more bioavailable lymphatic system. This creates a 3 to 5 minute onset, but is as long lasting as other edibles. The fast acting emulsion provides the perfect environment for accurate self-dosage and a reduction in over consumption.
In addition to our awesome products themselves, we also provide anti-counterfeit / theft protection through the use of Trumarks, a QR code that identifies which item on the production batch you are holding as well as leads the consumer directly to the Lab test results, poison control, and our website. This app also has the ability to notify the consumer on their cell in the case of a recall.
