Get ready because the 2020 AKA Warrior Cup is coming January 24-25, 2020 in the heart of downtown Chicago, Illinois. Remember that on Thursday, January 23, 2020, the NASKA Banquet where all 2019 members will receive awards will also take place prior to the AKA Warrior Cup tournament.
Who can compete: This is an OPEN martial arts events which means it is open to all styles, belt levels, genders and ages. When you register you will be able to select divisions that are designed for your age and level of experience.
What kind of divisions are there: There are divisions in many different martial arts disciplines. Everyone is welcome to register for any type of division that is available for his/her experience and age level. To understand how a division works, you must know the rules for the division. Check out the rules section on the event website (link below). You can try any of the following types of divisions:
Creative, Extreme, Musical Forms or Weapons Traditional Forms or Weapons Point Sparring Clash Sparring Continuous Sparring Grappling/Sport MMA Tricking Battles Team Demonstration and Team Synchronized Form/Weapons Team Sparring Breaking (Wood/Concrete) TangSooDo/MuDukKwan
