Did you know Blue Plate once operated restaurants? 🌟 We were proud to be part of Millennium Park’s history—hailed as “America's most dazzling urban park” (New York Times, 2006).

During the park’s development, the City sought a partner to create a world-class food program that could serve millions, adapt to seasonal changes (like a skating rink in winter), and host unforgettable events. Blue Plate rose to the challenge with Park Grill, making our mark on one of Chicago’s most iconic landmarks.

3000 guests dressed in all white enjoyed an evening of dining, fashion, and dancing under the stars. We proudly served VIP tables and curated special picnic baskets with our culinary team, led by Chef Charles Haracz, celebrating Chicago’s vibrant neighborhoods.
