Last year around this time I was pushing my 30 day vegan raw vegetable diet. I created 3 salads that were to be eaten at specific times a day to maximize their health benefits. They were paired with one of my signature fresh fruit smoothies. It gets frustrating when for the past 10yrs you have put your all into creating different menus to appeal to different food palates all the while trying to maintain your core values. DON'T GET IT TWISTED I AM THE CONSCIENCE COOK!
