Wedding photos of my beloved grandparents in 1954 🩷💚🤍
As a wedding planner whose passion is event styling, I’m always telling our clients to design a wedding around who they are TODAY.
I advise this for a few reasons:
🩷1🩷the portraits that sit on mantles for generations to come (like these first 5 images) will ALWAYS be timeless & elegant!
💚2💚your wedding design should reflect your current personalities, uniqueness & attributes so in generations to come, the wedding photos can remind your loved ones of the person you were. In my case, my grandparents were some of the most lively, outgoing, stylish & unconditionally loving people I’ve ever met. When I look at the images of their wedding day & see the bright colors, I’m deeply reminded of those characteristics
🤍3🤍 wedding trends alwaysssss make their way back around — swipe through to see a style guide I recently created for a couple that (unknowingly at the time) is the exact same colors as my grandparents wedding, nearly a century later.
