Layout with all space numbers is attached! We can’t wait to see you ALL tomorrow . We will have a drone flying overhead and hoping they get great photos of the Chickasaw Market vendors and shoppers tomorrow. Chickasaw Market is tomorrow Noon till 4pm !

Attention Vendors: PM me if you have not received a space number. Everyone MUST check in as they arrive and NO ONE can set up until we verify you and your space. I would hate for someone to have move everyrhing but it has happened. More space numbers will go out today so please don’t panic, you have a space. The layout of the area will be posted this afternoon.

PLEASE DO NOT pay attention to the yellow dividing lines nor the yellow stamped numbers in the set up area. As most know, we measure all spaces off and and mark the space corners in white . We also re-mark all space numbers with neon colored chalked numbers. The neon chalk numbers are the space numbers we will use!

But no worries, a layout will be posted this evening and we will be on site to show you to your space .

All vendors in the middle area can start setup as early as 9am Saturday . We urge vendors in the middle area to unload early and then park your vehicle in the vendor parking area, then return to your space and take your time to complete your setup. Vendors around the perimeter can start at 10am or after.

Attention Vendors:

A few vendors have been added from the waitlist but aren’t added to the list just yet. All vendors will be receiving their space number tonight and also tomorrow night.

Setup can begin anytime after 9:30am Saturday 10/4/2025 and ready to greet shoppers at Noon. We will have volunteers on site to show you to your space as you arrive. The information tent will be the first tent as you enter the market area. We will greet you upon arrival and show you to your space if you are a new vendor.

All vendors in the middle will
Unload at your space from your vehicle , then after unloading you’ll relocate your vehicle to vendor parking which we will Also show you. Then you can return to your space to complete setup. No vehicles can remain in the middle while you setup to allow others to also unload. Please unload all of your items at your space and then move your vehicie to vendor parking, and return to your soace to complete setup . This helos make for a smooth setup for all . Thank you in advance.

Those that need and signed up for power access must bring along your own 100’ extension cords. Please also bring your tent weights if needed .

We would like to express our appreciation to our exceptional vendors, food trucks and sponsors, whose efforts and unwavering commitment have been instrumental in driving our growth. We feel fortunate to have a vibrant community of individuals who share our passion and enthusiasm. We extend our gratitude to our volunteers, customers, friends, family, and community members, thanking you for your loyalty and support. We appreciate everyone who joined us yesterday at the market in spite of the heat and we look forward to continued growth, inspiring positive change in our community.
