My name is Erica Couturier and I want to formally introduce myself to the Chico community. I have been a part of the Chico food scene for about 12 years and have established some great connections along the way! In 2020 when the world went crazy the restaurant where I worked closed for about year and I found work in another field. I quickly discovered that I need to create and cook for people in

order to feel like myself. Establishing Burner and A Pot was my answer! I enjoy working with food adventurous people who are open to fun and interesting ideas to help make their event special. I love that Chico has an abundance of food variety so readily available throughout the year. Using local fruits, vegetables, meats, cheeses, and other accoutrements whenever possible is important to me to stay involved with local growers and makers.
