New name but same amazing BBQ goodness! We love supporting local companies and this is one of the best... Congratulations to Coco and Ian for building and incredible company from the ground up!!

As you guys know, our hearts will always be in Paradise. The Camp Fire did not take that away from us, but it did bring us down the hill to Chico and it taught us our hearts can be in multiple places. We have always said Paradise is home…. but really Butte County is home.

Over the past 6 years you guys have supported us every step of the way. From when we sold 3 or 4 Tri Tips the first Saturday of the month, to the 7,500 pounds of Porkmallows in 5 months when it went viral, to our menu being at your disposable in a store front and having partnerships with multiple small businesses in multiple towns within the county. We could not be more grateful for the support of our community. We truly know we would not be where we are without the help of each one of you. We also know, this is just the beginning. With that we would like to happily announce our new name:

Here's a little video showing our transformation of Merlo Waterfowl's giant metal shop into a venue! They are hosts to the Benelli National Sales Meeting this week and hosted a dinner at their shop. An amazingly huge project but it turned into an event of a lifetime! This event is much different then our normal events, it needed to remain a 'shop' atmosphere while bringing elegance to the tables and honoring the many companies represented at the dinner. So banners, decoys, hay bales with a splash of red everywhere, especially the poinsettias! A true group effort was needed by all vendors involved.
