Our Special this week at The Foodie Cafe is a Cubano Grilled Cheese with smoked pork& ham, homestyle dill pickles, Moho Cream Cheese, Melty Jack Cheese on toasty grilled Sourdough with zesty mustard! Over-The-Top delicous! Also I made Chicken tortilla soup topped with guacamole.

Boyd asked me to make a rib sandwich.
So I did.
This is Boyd's Backyard BBQ rib sandwich.

Boneless baby backs with our root-beer bbq sauce, habanero cheddar, our house pickles, onion rings and bacon.

Topped off with a helping of Boyd's baked beans.

I'm gonna go take a nap now.
