Cooked for a wedding of 300 people here’s what’s on the menu today.
80 lbs brisket
40 lbs pulled pork
40 lbs pulled chicken
6 lg trays of mac and cheese
3 lg trays baked beans
300 pcs corn bread
Hopefully I’ll remember to grab some pictures and post them later lol

Want to give a big Thank You to the Westfield Elks lodge for giving me the chance to cater there event yesterday. But of course as usual my du***ss forgot pictures lol. But this is what I cooked for them.
60lbs Brisket
20lbs chicken thighs
20lbs chicken drumsticks
3 lg pans Mac and Cheese
2 lg pans green beans
2lg pans potato salad
Everyone enjoyed the food had many compliments.

Well finally competed this past weekend up in Merrimack New Hampshire at the Granite State BBQ Championship. First comp since last year I was happy with my flavors and turn ins but as we all know the judges are the ones that make or break us.

Had a great day today at the WINTER BBQ CONTEST. Had a few hiccups with my appetizer and my ribs were a little overcooked, but all in all a fun day. Finished the day off with a
2nd in appetizers with a taco bomb
2nd in chicken Thighs
3rd in ribs Baby Backs
With the overall champion

Did 75 lbs of brisket and 50 lbs of pork butts yesterday for a celebration of life. I was honored to be asked to cook the meats for this and everyone enjoyed of course as my usual forgetfulness these were the only pics.

Tonight I am doing dinners you will have choice of brisket or chicken corn and homemade Mac and cheese. Starting 430pm till 7 pm Or I run out.
I will be at the clubhouse if you don’t know where it is Pm me for the address. Cmon out and get some good BBQ. The club house will be open if you would like to stay and eat here or have a beverage.

Both come with a bag of chips
I will also be having a new delight of smothered pretzel bites ( pretzel bites with your choice of the chicken or beef topped with queso cheese and bacon pieces)

I had a busy weekend
Friday I did a food truck at The Tank in Agawam
Saturday I cooked up 4 pork butts and 40 pounds of chicken quarters for a private event
Today I catered a wedding out in Westford. I did a Brisket, 20lbs pulled chicken, 20lbs of drumsticks, 3 large pans of Mac and cheese,2 large pans potato salad, 100 mini loaves corn bread, green beans and whole kernel corn.
Think I need a break lol

Setup S***m Mountain Campground good day of prep yesterday Brisket is looking good time to get going and make boxes and more prep. Doing the 4 meat masters and the one meat ribs today. Then more prep for another 4 meat masters tomorrow. Good luck to all that are competing this weekend.

Home from Kora Kares ride in BBQ Competition over the weekend had a great time. Want to give a huge thank you to Adam Dufresne for coming up and helping me out this weekend. Your always welcome in my camp brother. We did peoples choice and the one rib challenge on Saturday unfortunately didn’t do to well in either one. On Sunday we did the KCBS 4 meat. We did ok in 2 of them but our cook in the other 2 didn’t go as planned lol. But this contest isn’t about winning or losing it’s about the Shriners and raising money for the kids and I wouldn’t have missed it for anything. I’ll be back next year to support this great event.
