I am licensed in the states of Ohio and West Virginia to do wedding ceremonies. This also legally allows me to do weddings in most other states. I am able to also help with many other aspects of planning your wedding. If you are interested in a smaller wedding, I can do the ceremony and photos in some cases. I am located in Chillicothe, ohio, and travel most anywhere.
