Credit Mid-America are excited to present the Fight the Hunger; Stock the Trailer contest with the Spencer County 4-H Fair! During the week of the fair, junior leader fair members will be collecting non-perishable items for local food banks. They will be competing against other local county fairs. The fair that donates the most non-perishable items will win $5,000.

Help support Junior Leaders and our local food bank. All items collected will STAY IN SPENCER CO. and will be distributed to Rockport Christian Resource Center and North Spencer Community Action Center.

Today is the deadline! All animals need to be registered in 4HOnline, animal DNA envelopes need to be submitted for all planning to attend the state fair, and today is the last day to drop/add any projects! We will be here until 4:00 today!

Just a few more days to register! Join us at 4-H Camp on June 3-5, 2024 at the Historic Santa Claus Campground! 4-H Camp is open to all 4-H’ers currently in grades 3 through 6. The Camp fee is $110 per camper, but all Spencer County youth will only pay $55, with the Spencer County 4-H Association covering the other $55.
Each campers fees cover lodging, meals, camp t-shirt, and activities. Adults will be responsible for dropping off and picking up Spencer County 4-H'ers from camp.To sign up for 4-H Camp, you will register through 4-H Online under the events tab or by visiting https://4HCamp.4honline.com. The registration deadline is April 15th. We hope you can join us for a fun-filled 4-H Camp!

Minnesota 4-H Photography is excited to offer a multi-state photo contest to youth in grades K-13. In the "Hit Me with Your Best Shot" 4-H photo contest, youth are encouraged to select their best photo from the current 4-H year and tell the committee why it’s special to them. Submit one (1) image (with no or minimal editing) with up to three sentences on why it’s important to you by 11:59 p.m. (CST) on May 1, 2024. We are so thankful for this grant and the ability to continue to grow and serve the youth and families in the county. Is your internet service too slow? It’s time to speak up! Indiana needs 4-H’ers to become Broadband Influencers and impact internet access across our state. Through a few at-home steps, our network of Indiana 4-H Broadband Influencers will help improve the Federal Communication Commission (FCC)’s map of internet connectivity across Indiana.
