A call from a Florida customer beckoned me to deliver a plant to a grieving family, another customer sought to send encouragement to a lady battling cancer, and a third customer wished to quell the loneliness of an elderly shut-in.
With determination, I embraced the challenge of navigating treacherous roads, putting my car in snow mode and offering a prayer for safe journeys.
Guided by a GPS destined for an unforeseen detour, I found myself at McFeeters Bend Missionary Baptist Church. The confusion of Church Road and Church Lane led me to the heart of the snowy valley, surrounded by majestic mountains and the echoing chimes of the church. In that unexpected moment, it dawned on me that this small flower business was more than just smiles—it was a ministry meant to touch lives.
The church bells rang out, cutting through the crisp wind, and my heart swelled with gratitude for the wrong directions that brought me to this divine intersection. Amidst the beauty of the snow-covered landscape, tears filled my eyes as I thanked God for the unexpected blessing.
