How it started…how it’s going 😅😂

We had SO much fun at Madeira’s Friendly Fourth parade this evening! We were a rollercoaster of emotions 🎢

- STRESSED while driving the decked out golf cart from our house to the parade staging area at a speed of 6 mph (yes, 6) on two busy roads

- EXCITED when we arrived with all the balloons intact

- NERVOUS when we heard there were going to be storms

- THANKFUL when we heard the organizers decided to give it a go despite the rain

- BUMMED and super ANNOYED when we actually started walking in pouring rain 🤣

- EMOTIONAL and THRILLED once we just accepted the fact that we were going to be soaked and stopped caring what we looked like!

At one point, our golf cart was blasting ‘Long Live’ and tons of kids were singing along and I nearly sobbed 🥹

People often ask us how we do it - work two full time jobs and manage this business on the side in our “free” time (ie nights and weekends). THIS is why. Seeing the kids’ smiles! 🥰

Have you heard of a sleep-under?

Some parents aren’t comfortable with sleepovers, and we get that! Whether it’s because they like to keep the bedtime routine, have early morning obligations, or simply because they like knowing all their kids are asleep under their own roof - a sleep-under is the perfect alternative! All the fun without the Sunday morning grumpiness! 😂

When your child longs for an overnight experience but isn't quite ready for it, host a faux slumber party instead.

💫 NEW THEME ALERT! 💫 Everyone meet Pastel Rainbow 🤩🤩 This theme has been in the works for a little while, but when Emily reached out a few weeks ago looking for a theme that could go with a Cotton Candy aesthetic, we knew it was the perfect opportunity to pull it all together!

This theme is so visually appealing and versatile! It’s a great option for kids of all ages. It comes with super soft blankets, pastel headbands, chalk board signs, and best of all: the adorable marquee letters that can be customized for the guests’ initials!

Also - did you notice we did a little experimenting with balloons?! 🙊 Listen - we are not and will never be balloon experts 🤣 Please always call in the A-team (👋🏻 Balloon Bombed) when you want *real* balloon artwork. But we did our best to add a little colorful detail and we are so happy with how it turned out!

For now, we can accommodate as many as 10 tents in this theme! The mint green set isn’t shown in the photos above, by the way.

We booked our 100th rental earlier this month 🤗 🤗 This may not seem like a grand achievement to many, but it is huge for us! What started as a totally wild idea during the height of the pandemic has turned into such a fun and rewarding venture. And we are so so happy it’s proven to have ✨staying power✨. We may not be the best at marketing (posting at 9pm on a Sunday isn’t ideal, you say? 😂🤣) but we try incredibly hard to exceed our customer’s expectations with each and every rental! This truly is a labor of love for us. That said, we love you all! THANK YOU for the support! 💕

Packaging up a Slumber Spa rental for this weekend 💅🏼 Each kit is carefully cleaned and put together with great care 💕 From steaming every inch of each tent to hand rolling each bundle of face towels and tying them with tulle!
