Had a great catering for our MVCA friends. We got to have some fun telling and hearing stories all while glorifying our Lord and savior.

The Porchetta was a show stopper! Pounded out pork belly, fresh ramps, lemon zest, red peppers, and more smothered over it, pork tenderloin in the middle. Rolled up and tied, baked for 3 hrs, hot oil poured over the outside tableside right before serving to create the Crispy blistering skin.

Prepping for the next event, 1 week from today. Yes. That is how much work goes into one evening. Any guesses what this will be? Also, if you don't have a cast iron like this you need one. We have gone thru 2 others and this one is only a year old and look at all the love it has received.

Fan Favorite for 2017 being served this Tuesday...the Infidel (24 hr sous vide crispy pork belly, Cuban slaw, mustard aioli, pickle, cheese on soft brioche bun) and Asian inspired carmelized Brussel Sprouts (u will love these even if you think you don't like brussels!) You chose a pick up time between 5 and 7pm. Accepting orders of 2 or more.

For those that missed the announcement last week, we are offering fresh homemade meals to be picked up 2 days/wk for 10 per person (4 person min). All meals can be eaten same day or next day. The menu is set...

Monday will be soup/salad including homemade chicken and dumplings made with whole birds (Google the health benefits of bone broth) and side salad (tomato, hard boiled egg, bacon, green onion, croutons, and homemade mustard vinaigrette).

Wednesday will be Korean beef tacos (topped with pickled red onion, cabbage, radish, queso fresco, mild sriracha cream sauce) and sesame charred green beans. 10 per person, chose a pick up time between 5 and 7 pm.

Thanks for the support so far. We are opening it up this week to those outside the neighborhood per requests so spread the word!
