At MMW we value & see things this way: 💫

-Models *should invest in themselves for training
-Models *shouldn’t pay to audition for shows
-Models should have light drinks and snacks when on set 4+ hrs
-Models should never be talked to disrespectfully, by anyone apart of the show
-Models should be calm and ready for our events

The experience of the models matters to us, you are valued and respected here. It breeds for a positive environment 🥰
