After graduating culinary school and working as an executive chef for Hilton in San Diego, Jaime Carmody wanted a life both inside and outside the kitchen, so in 2005 she moved back to the midwest, settled in Loveland, and launched Out Of Thyme Personal Chef Services. She also wanted to get to know people in the culinary community, which led her to teaching regularly at cooking schools around Grea
ter Cincinnati. Her knowledge of food and flavors, combined with an energy in the kitchen and creative, down-to-earth instruction techniques helped Jaime become a favorite at Midwest Culinary Insitute, Jungle Jims, CookWares, and many more. In March of 2016, she achieved her dream of opening a brick and mortar commercial kitchen, Out Of Thyme Kitchen Studio. Jaime’s kitchen offers freshly made take-home meals, personal chef services, hands-on and virtual cooking classes, private events, and catering. An honors graduate from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute in 2000, Jaime is also a member of the American Personal & Private Chef Association and the American Culinary Federation.
