Good morning Sunshines! There is nothing more exciting than a party with a purpose. This is why I love serving on the committee for The Black & White Cancer Survivors Foundation where we celebrate cancer survivors and provide support for them and their families. The theme for the 14th Annual Gala was The Harlem Renaissance, A Renewal of Life and everyone looked amazing!!! I would like to thank Dr. Keith Melvin and Bill Mabrey for trusting Visions Event Design once again with providing decor for this very special occasion. I would also like to thank Renea Young and Ann Johnson for collaborating with me once again. You both always show up and show out! I truly appreciate you! Stay tuned for details about next year’s 15th Annual Gala. It’s going to be amazing!

My nephew Jalen graduated from High School and is headed to Virginia State University and my niece graduated from North Carolina A & T State University with her BSN. I am so proud of them both! Good morning Sunshines! It is always an honor to help others celebrate the gift of life, especially a milestone birthday. My beautiful client turned 60 and she looks fabulous! The decor was elegant with white roses, a touch of greenery and photos of my client throughout the years. Everything was beautiful! I would truly like to thank her from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to be a part of her very special occasion. Wishing her many more years with peace and blessings.

Good morning Sunshines! There is nothing more exciting than a party with a purpose. This is why I love serving on the committee for The Black & White Cancer Survivors Foundation where we celebrate cancer survivors and provide support for them and their families. The theme for the 13th Annual Gala was Kings And Queens Reign Over Cancer. The highlight of the night was the parade of cancer survivors entering the ballroom to “Blow the Whistle” (the clean version) waving glow sticks and blowing glow whistles. Everyone had a blast! Be sure to save the date for this year’s gala taking place November 2, 2024 at the Sharonville Convention Center. See you there!!!

Good morning Sunshines and Happy Friday!!!! This event was dear to my heart. This Client is one of my repeat customers who became my friend. She not only lost her niece a few years ago to cancer, she also lost her son not too long ago to su***de. She called me with so much excitement in her voice asking me to decorate for her daughter’s baby shower. She told me she had been so down and that a grandbaby was what she needed in her life right now. I told her say no more, I got you! We are about to celebrate life! The theme was “A Little Peach is on the Way.” Of course I called my two favorite people Renea Young of Per Your Request Events and Ann Johnson of Ann’s Inflated Dreams to make it all come together. I also called in LaMika Barber who made a beautiful cake. Everything turned out beautifully and my Client was so happy. It was a joy just to see her smile and have fun. Continued prayers and blessings for my dear friend and her family.

It is truly a blessing to find a partner who is easy to work with and pays attention to the details like you do. If I miss something, you always got it.
