Two events back...another on its way back from Miamisburg and another on its way back from Oxford...we have a major party going on that we did food for in Clifton! It was a very good day. We were very busy yesterday, and we bounced right back into today. Very pleased.

We were busy today. VERY, VERY busy. Each of the vans that went to the different events are starting to return to the kitchen. Rave reviews coming in. It makes it all worth it. I got my ass kicked today, but in a good way. Oh yeah...on another note...Sven Mattson and I have had the good fortune of having Ralphie be with us for two years as of today. We are so glad he found us! He has been such a joy to have in our lives. WE LOVE YOU RALPHIE!

The post office event went off very well. A regional manager for another city was there and liked what he saw and tasted. They have booked us in another city not too far away for another 1000 guests this Monday for their yearly employee appreciation day. We are honored and thrilled.
