One of our favorite ways to WOW guests is through entertainment – and this grand opening did just that!

This 600 person event consisted of a self-guided tour on blue carpet through of all 6 floors of the Joint & Spine Center, showcasing everything the new facility had to offer.

The theme was “Life in Motion,” tying in the cutting edge care the Joint & Spine center provides.

Guests were welcomed by gymnasts and a cyclist offering a glass of bubbly. Inside, servers circulated with pop-able passed hors d’oeuvres—some served by models wearing dresses entirely made of napkins (yes, really!).

Other entertainment along the tour included:
– Accapela group
– Harpist
– Synchronized swimmers in the rehab whirlpool
– Live painter (with the final painting auctioned off at the end of the evening)
– Living trees on the rooftop patio
– Pilates instructors
– Slo-Motion video booth

After the tour, there was an official ceremony in the main level of the facility. A dramatic water drum performance was the highlight. As the drummer played, water splashed from his mallets into the air creating a dazzling shower of dancing water. The final bang of the drums cued the release of hundreds of blue and white balloons.

Our work is only successful if others end up happy, so we love to do the little things that add personal service. Whether it’s perfecting dresses, picking up furry friends, spray painting hair, shopping for missing items, or making sure everyone has their favorite drink, our goal is to make sure every client knows that they are our top priority. We work tirelessly to anticipate and respond to requests and needs while making sure all guests feel welcomed.

Excellence: Part 2 ✨

Following every event, we evaluate our performance against our values. The Excellence questions we ask ourselves are: Was the client happy? How did we perform against our own standards? What could we have done better?

The answers to those help us get better for the next event. One way we can demonstrate excellence on-site is doing little things behind the scenes things. From jumping in to help expedite food service, picking up bugs and trash, sweeping debris off the dance floor, rearranging and fixing furniture, and even moving a trellis that has already been set, we will do anything to make sure everything is exactly right. There is no job out of reach.

A favorite compliment we receive from our vendor partners is how hard we work. We want to be known for doing all it takes to make sure we are true to our excellence standard!

Our core values are Excellence, Hospitality, Design and Personal Growth.

The first and most important value that everything else flows from is Excellence.
• If you are kind and hospitable but the follow through on details, accountability, responsiveness, and initiative is not there, hospitality means nothing.
• If you have the most amazing design vision but vendor partners don’t have the proper details, the floor plan doesn’t fit the space, and venue requirements are not honored, the design means nothing.
• If you have learned a lot and are expanding your horizons, but don’t have the discipline to apply those epiphanies to your work, personal growth means nothing.

Excellence drives EVERYTHING we do. We aim to never take short cuts or settle for “good enough”, even when it comes at a personal cost of time or inconvenience.

The post above illustrates one small example of redoing something that wasn’t QUITE right… even though it came at the cost of sleep and fatigue. After multiple days of load in and set up, we started the first day of the event at 9am with… more set up!

Day went into night and, 15 hours later, our team walked back into the meeting space only to see that the vendor, hired to install the aisle floor stickers, had not applied them in straight lines horizontally and vertically.  It would have been easy to say, “It’s midnight team; they look good enough.” But that attitude is not excellence.  Knowing we had to be back at 6AM, we took used twine and measuring tape and re-laid over 300 floor stickers. We put in 18 hours that day and were back 4 hours later.

Could we have done things differently to avoid this outcome? Yes. (We could have checked on the installation earlier!) But learning how to avoid problems is also part of the journey to EXCELLENCE!

Transforming a corporate summit into a breathtaking experience with this stunning acrylic ceiling installation ✨

The play of natural light created a mesmerizing illusion of varying hues at every angle, truly elevating the event’s atmosphere. We love creating ‘wow’ elements that can’t go unnoticed!

In the midst of planning 2024 corporate anniversary events, we love looking back on this beautiful 25th Anniversary just a little over a year ago!

Themed ‘Silver Soirée’, the bright ceiling installation and star drape reflected perfectly on the black mirrored dance floor. We incorporated the logo used on all their marketing materials which added a personalized touch to an elegant evening.

This current bout of Arctic cold air has us daydreaming of warmer days! ☀️🌴 Here’s a look back on one of our favorite beach weddings.

A beautiful sailcloth tent hosted long tables with crisp white linens and colorful floral. Trees and dynamic lighting elements created an intimate environment while beach waves could be heard just few paces away.
