Let's talk head tables:

A beautiful and elegant head table where all your bridal party sits with you at a kings table is our fave! With the newlyweds seated at the end of the table, this allows them to see all the guests while having great convo with their besties during dinner.

I suggest giving this VIP table a little extra love and making it a focal point by adding tall statement florals with hanging globe lights and short arrangements with candle accents. This creates a full look without blocking the view of your besties across the table, so conversation is easy.

We loved creating this gorgeous reception set up at in their new Lightwell ballroom.

What is a bridal assistant, you ask???? 🤔
(AKA your stand in BFF so your real BFF can enjoy your day without stressing the ---- out!)
She is your go-to girl to
- help manage morning timeline
- make sure you all are fed
- keep room tidy
- last minute steaming
- white glove Bridal styling
- dry bouquet stems
- pin on boutonieres
- carry your train
- help photo with first looks, detail photos etc.

Alexis and Scot brought us some amazing ideas and we loved bringing them to life! Congratulations to you, and thank you for trusting us with your big day!

🌸 beautiful floral details was a must. From the hanging white wisteria, beautiful floral accents for their signs, to a gorgeous floral broken arch..... we loved creating it all !!!

🌟 there was a surprise guest from their fave college UC..... the Bearcats mascot joined the party for some dancing, photos and some photo booth shenanigans. What a fun surprise from the brides mom, so fun to help execute! UC Bearcats Blog

🎶 guest experience was important to this couple, they had beautiful ceremony and cocktail music from Midnight Rose Trio and McFadden Music Djs kept the dance floor packed all night

⛳️ and where does an avid golfer go to have his wedding..... the beautiful Kenwood Country Club beautiful grounds, amazing food, great staff!
