We wanted to take a moment today, to say THANK YOU to all of those who trusted us to make your Valentine feel special this year! We never take for granted the trust you hold in us, with each order you place. This year, you all blew us away with the amount of orders we processed over the end of last week. On Friday alone, we delivered around 700 orders, and had over 200 pickup/walk ins. We SOLD OUT of Everything. Being a part of several floral groups on social media, we saw where numerous shops across the country did not have the same experience this year. As we read the post or comments by those shops, it helped us be extra grateful for each and every one of you!
Not only are we thankful for our customers, but we are also very grateful to all who come onboard and help us get all this accomplished. From the extra help in the shop, delivery drivers, and members of the community that show up with lunch and snacks throughout the week. We love and appreciate you all! With this volume, there are times we make a mistake or miss something on an order. We hope if that ever occurs with one of your orders, you guys feel the freedom to reach out and let us know about it. We strive for excellence and customer service is a huge priority to us all. Without the tremendous support of this amazing community, we realize we would not have the business we do today!

Ava’s Flowers sent us an order for $65, and we had to ask for additional funds. They called and ask if we could fill it for $47. When confronted about sending it for more to start with they said well all we have is $80.
