Want to make stuffed mushrooms ahead?
Par bake the mushrooms on high heat in the oven. Mushrooms are full of moisture, save those juices from the mushrooms and add them to your mixture. Lay mushrooms upside down on a paper towel wrap and pop on the fridge overnight. The next day stuff and finish baking!

Tip**
If you want to prep Mac n cheese for tomorrow. Cook macaroni just under al dente. Let cool in the fridge to prevent further cooking.
Make cheese sauce & let let cool for about 20-30 minutes.
Then mix together pop in your dish and it will prevent the macaroni from becoming over cooked and gloppy.

325 degrees for unstuffed birds, chart below. For stuffed birds, chart is in the comments. Allow your Turkey to defrost 3-5 days. Allow to come to room temp before cooking. Lastly, let rest 30 minutes before cutting into your Turkey.
