The countdown to the West Virginia Italian Heritage Festival has begun! We are thrilled to be part of the activities again.

The Morris is an utterly unique vintage industrial chic setting that can make your event truly historic. As one of the largest indoor event spaces in the area, we can host wedding receptions for up to 350 guests with plenty of room for cocktails, dinner, dancing, lounge areas and more. The space is also flexible enough to accommodate your ceremony and reception for up to 200 guests…without the need for a rain plan.

Built by the Ruhl-Kobelgard Company in 1903, what is now known as The Morris has spent most of its time as the home of grocery wholesale companies. We take our name from The Morris Grocery Company which occupied the space from 1907 until 1937.

Our Hazel Atlas platonite vases waiting for their next performance.

What? Platonite not milk glass?

Platonite was developed by Hazel Atlas in 1936 and is stronger than milk glass.

These vases were manufactured right here in Clarksburg during the early 1970s.
