The Sardis Community Center provides a location for event venues for the public and organizations. Maximum occupancy for all rentals is 100 people. The renter may choose the time to be rented within 24 hours of the time. Security deposits are refunded if the building is undamaged and left clean.

Rate Schedule Fees For Sardis Community Council., LTD/Center:
* Regular rentals require a $45.00 security deposit, with a $60 rental fee ($105 total).
* "After-funeral" rentals only require a $35 security deposit.
* All money-making events require a $65 security deposit, with a $75 rental fee ($140 total)
* Non-Profit Organizations and church rentals for fund-raising require a $35 security deposit, with a $35 rental fee ($70 total).

It is time once again for our annual apple Fall Fundraiser! Please call 304-783-4303 to place an order. We are intending on selling Red and Gold Delicious, with Stamens following shortly after. Apples are typically ready around the end of September to mid-October at the orchard.
