We have so many rental items on site for your party!

These are all the current table linen options we have available. We charge $3.50/linen per event.

We have enough linens to cover 10 rounds and 3 rectangulars. (Exception: We have 9 rectangular in black)

We can't wait to see you at your next Chapman Room event!

We aim to make your event as easy as possible!

We have so many on-site rental items like linens, beverage dispensers and carts, projectors and screens, first birthday highchairs, and so much more.

In addition, our complimentary items can be used without charge. These include a kitchenette full of dishes, serving items, pots and pans, Ziploc storage baggies, tin foil, etc.

The Chapman Room in Downtown Clarkston offers so much! Adding new items all the time!

Host your next birthday or graduation party! Perhaps you’re looking to celebrate a retirement or even a family reunion!

- Central heated/cooled, clean, large room seating up to 65 guests with full kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, coffee pot, sink, and complimentary items for use! Free Wi-Fi!

- Tables and chairs are included in rental costs. We have 10 rounds, 65 cushioned, folded chairs, and 9 rectangular!

- lots of built-in accommodations: heavy, duty wheeled cart to reduce carrying heavy items from vehicle to venue, men’s/woman’s bathrooms with diaper changing stations in each, and high chairs for the littlest and cutest of guests.

To our wonderful clients,

Since the opening of The Chapman Room, we have taken great pride in striving to create an clean, welcoming environment for our clients to enjoy while entertaining guests and making it feel like a home away from home. We’ve provided complimentary items, as well as offered many exclusive rental items and are adding more as time goes on.

We are a very small, side business ran by a father/daughter duo in our spare time. We each have our own full time jobs, and then some, but make sure we do our best to accommodate every unique event.

There have been past events, with prior instruction given, that has left the building, adjacent play yard to another business, and the parking lot in an unsatisfactory state and creating not only intense cleaning, but significant weekly repairs to the walls and flooring.

Beginning today, Sunday, 1/22/2023, all further bookings will be required to secure a credit card on file at final payment. In lieu of raising our prices to avoid these kinds of experiences, a $150 cleaning fee will be charged, along with pics to the Responsible event host of the mess left behind for records. *This will only be charged in the event that The Chapman Room is left in a state beyond the required details required in our contracts.

Our contracts and pricing menu will be updated to reflect this change.

We are very sorry for this inconvenience, but after many times of trying to solve the issue otherwise, this action must be taken make it possible to continue to serve the community with this event space.
