Out of 25 teams we came in 5th in chicken and 7th in brisket. Not bad for the 1st competition of 2023.

The holidays are in full swing. Hope everybody had a great Thanksgiving full of fun, laughter and great food. The Henry County Fair in Paris, TN. Placed 5th in chicken and 5th in ribeye. You all really have to come out to these BBQ competitions and try some great BBQ from all the contestants.

Everybody get ready.! The 11th Annual Henry Co BBQ Cook-Off will be going on at the Henry Co Fair Grounds at 517 Royal Oak Dr. Paris, TN, On Aug 19-20th. We will be there smoking up some of the best meat you have ever had, so stop by and say HI and get a sample. When you plan your celebrations and you have us cater you moments and you get our smoking BBQ, don't forget the desserts. We have you covered from tail to snout.

What? Yep, got a new smoker. You know we had to try that bad boy out. So its maiden voyage was on this 2022 Memorial Day Weekend. Got a upcoming competition coming in a couple of weeks so there will be lots of pictures of all the good meat this bad boy can cook.
