Ya so I went out and did a small investment. Got new Woks, Spoons and bowls, even went to Clarksville to pick up my good friend who has a contracting business to have the food trailer ready by next week.. y'all stay tuned, enjoy the show, grand opening coming soon!!!

So I want to kind of document from the "basement" to the empire.. so our plan is to set up a tent this weekend on Jefferson St in Nashville,TN. Business license ready, EIN and tax bracket ready, commissary ready, dedication beyond ready.. I know this prob looks trashy to you, but I'm really not the artist in our power couple. But this is my rough draft, which my lovely wife will transition into artwork on our LED menu board. What y'all think bout the logos so far??? I personally love the 3 poi t crown for the MasterMind Empire logo. 2 Ms connected and a E through the bottoms to signify unity. But stay tuned! This is just the. Before.. wait until u see the after pictures!!

This last year has been a rough one, from a custody battle, to a bad decision, to a injury.. but Im still here! And that tells me theres much more that needs to be done, and not to much time to do it. So today is a start! I dont have time to feel tired or feel pain. So here we go!!! Nashville TN!! 60+ PPl!!! Facebook told me I hvent posted in awhile, well I had to make sure to post the right stuff, like tomorrow the first catering event of the year!! Ya I know I started late this year, but there was allot of situations I had to handle before we got to pushing the catering out!! Just saying, I aint want to start something and have to stop in the middle due to a bad situation gone worse.
But anyways everything is good now, and big shout out to Shoguns in Brentwood TN! The first restuarant I worked for that hasnt tried to shut my catering business down, instead they trying to assists and work with me, and for that Im gladly happy to share my network and business with them..
