We had the privilege of catering a gorgeous wedding today! It was nothing short of amazing. We did homemade pierogi (potato and farmers cheese, potato, bacon and cheddar), apple cider glazed chicken wings with an apple celery slaw, white bean hummus with veggies, soup shooters with grilled cheese bites (fire roasted tomato and butternut squash), crostinis with Brie cheese and pear with a drizzle of wildflower honey, caprese bites, and fruit kabobs. The groom’s dad brought in homemade hand pies that were to die for, as well as a charcuterie from Westborn Market.

We loved every minute of it! Such a beautiful day.

Winner winner, Pierogi dinner! We were lucky enough to teach a fellow GA family how to make Pierogi last night. We donated a class to the schools auction and these guys were the lucky winners! They went home with quite a few dozen of sweet cheese, cherry, mushroom and potato stuffed Pierogi 🥟 🇵🇱 😋

TJ Porada’s was lucky enough to cater a wedding! The father of the bride got in touch with us and we designed a menu. For starters we put out an elaborate charcuterie board complete with homemade cheeseballs! Next came dinner with a delicious salad, rolls, herbed pasta, steamed green beans, roasted potatoes, lemon chicken and a juicy and tender beef brisket.

We hosted our very first pierogi class last night! Trina and I brought the ingredients and we taught everyone how to make the dough, and how to stuff! Each of our students went home with two dozen pierogi! 🥟🥟 Thank you to some of my favorite GA Moms for helping to make this a success!!
