We had the privilege of catering a gorgeous wedding today! It was nothing short of amazing. We did homemade pierogi (potato and farmers cheese, potato, bacon and cheddar), apple cider glazed chicken wings with an apple celery slaw, white bean hummus with veggies, soup shooters with grilled cheese bites (fire roasted tomato and butternut squash), crostinis with Brie cheese and pear with a drizzle of wildflower honey, caprese bites, and fruit kabobs. The groom’s dad brought in homemade hand pies that were to die for, as well as a charcuterie from Westborn Market.

We loved every minute of it! Such a beautiful day.
