I want to give a special "Thank You" to my "House Vendors" who made our 1st Annual Breakfast with Santa a success. Sweet Magnolia Bbq & Catering, Djshamrock and The Gateway Conference and Event Center Staff. Thank you for ALWAYS supporting my Vision for the Center. We had a wonderful Breakfast and I know everyone enjoyed Santa Claus! ❤️ The kids were excited and it was so nice to be able to give back! Santa said he will see yall again next year! No event professional WANTS to do an over the top event for an under the minimum budget.

Luxury events CANNOT be done for $1,500.

An event for 100 people for $1,000 is NOT realistic.

Quality costs. Abundance costs. Professionalism + knowledge costs. They are all WORTH the cost.

Someone’s popularity or status is NOT a form of payment for tangibles.

Paying for an event setup is NOT the same as paying for full concierge event services.

Delivery + rush fees ARE part of the event budget.

Event professionals SHOULD be paid for their time when providing a service (decorating, setup, etc) + it should be included in the event budget.

Event professionals are entitled to decide how much their time is worth. It is NEVER up to a client or other event professional to determine someone’s fee.
