Nothing can frustrate a happy couple soon to be wed quite like a guest that doesn't RSVP. 💌

You've given them ample time to send in their responses (postage included) and maybe even called them a few times to remind them to do so. But still, there's no RSVP for Jane and John Doe.

Come the wedding day, imagine your shock when both guests walk through the doors at your reception. Not only is there not enough seating for them, nor were they factored into the meal count.

While you can likely fill in the gaps by replacing last-minute cancellations with the anti-RSVPs, you can always tell them NO in a simple yet classy manner. ⛔

If their names aren't on the guest list, have your wedding planner or coordinator or a designated point of contact to kindly inform the non-RSVPs that their request had not been received and that dinner arrangements had not been made for them. No matter how you choose to deal with non-RSVPs, don't let a few wedding crashers ruin your special day.

Two major components of your wedding day are the venue and the caterer, so why prioritize one above the other and set out to find both at once by considering the logistics?

I know. I can hardly believe we're halfway through this month already.

In one word, how are you feeling today? Go ahead, be honest. Some days are good and some days are bad. Let's get more comfortable with sharing our truth on this app. As for me, I'm feeling pumped! I accomplished several goals I set for myself and my business this week (and it's not even Friday yet 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽), we've onboarded a few new clients (hey good people!), we've added a few new follows (welcome!), hubby and I will be celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary soon, planning is underway for a few spring events, I have a reasonable portion of my health & strength, my family is doing fine.

Hey friends!

When planning out your wedding party, you probably took careful consideration into choosing the right men and women to be by your side on your special day.

So it can definitely hurt when one of your bridesmaids or groomsmen seemingly goes MIA in the weeks leading up to your wedding. They might stop returning your calls or quit responding to group chats with the other wedding party members. 📵🤐

The last thing you need leading into your wedding is a last-minute drop out from the wedding party. If such an occasion arises, don't let it consume you alone. Seek out the help from your Maid of Honor or Best Man. Their jobs are to help alleviate some of the stress from the soon-to-wed. Let them do a bit of digging and find out if there is a bigger issue at hand.

And as an absolute last resort, if the MIA wedding party member isn't willing to budge, give them a smaller role in the ceremony or remove them entirely. ⛔
