Y'all, it has been a hotttt minute since I made a post. Life got a little crazy with fall weddings and life. However, I have dirty little secret, and It's time to spread my wings....

I am so excited to announce that I am the new EVENTS DIRECTOR at . I've been keeping it a little hush hush, so my felt they were a priority and wanted them to know before shouting to the world. Most of you know now, so now I can scream it to the world. Woohoo. 

To celebrate last November, I teammed up with some of my favorite to create a magical night Under the Stars for Haven's annual fall showcase. Swipe to see all the beauty and magic that was created.

Meanwhile, TLW is still alive and kicking and promises to showcase all the beauty we created last year. Stay tuned because I have some incredible weddings to share. And to highlight some fabulous addition we are creating at Haven to make it one of the best kept secret venues in the triangle.

Sometimes you get a couple who trust you with every body and soul to create the most incredible wedding day.

Julia & Codi did just that. What a joy to design such a fun day filled with so many details that represented them both from start to finish. Some MUST included...
1. Super comfy all day (both wore sneaks)
2. Incredible food and drinks (from welcoming guests with sig cocktails, table assignments, and with dessert)
3. Beautiful selfie backdrop that showcased beautiful wood wall
4. Exquisite floral arrangements from the ceremony to reception and everything between
5. And a unique guest book that the couple could have fun with after their wedding

I absolutely love .mulberry & and I'm still dreaming about their wedding day.

Most amazing weekend

I don’t even know where to start from yesterday, but Shaoleen & Colin walking out of their Nikah ceremony seemed like a pretty good place. Congratulations on such an incredible week for these two! So much love from their family & friends. They seriously had one of the best wedding parties & family to spend the past 3 days with in a hurricane, rolling with all the punches.

Timeless Love Weddings and Events is seeking go getter, friendly, team-oriented, to guide clients through the wedding and event planning process. This position is full time and will also help manage the behind the scenes administration for an ever growing business.

Areas of Responsibilities
• Assisit couples/clients through the wedding and events planning process
• Correspond with couples, wedding vendors and venues
• Schedule and attend meetings related to wedding planning
• Network and grow relationships with venues and vendors
• Oversee team assignments
• Create our preliminary and final production document that includes timelines, itineraries and wedding planning documents
• Be a resource for wedding related topics such as etiquette, timelines, vendor referrals and wedding logistics

Necessary Experience and Formal Training
• Minimum 3 years of professional work experience
• Extensive Customer Service Experience
• Social Event Planning Experience (preferred)
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Google Workspace

Unique Aspects or Requirements
• Must be able to stand on feet for up to 12 hour shifts
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
• Must have regular access to a computer
• Must be available to work weekends and some evenings
• Must have reliable transportation to attend meetings and events

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Timeless Love Weddings is looking for an experienced Wedding Coordinator to assist as an associate wedding coordinator for day-of coordination. We have been blessed this past year with growth and ready to bring on another person.

Responsibilities:
Attend 1-2 weddings per month
Assist with Set up and break down the wedding per TLW Production Document
Attend a follow-up meeting after the wedding to discuss any situations
Maintaining a positive attitude + a willingness to work where you are needed

Availability:
May 2021 - July 2021 + August 2021- Nov 2021
The dates are random and will notify you prior to booking the consultation to ensure availability
Work hours will start around 9/10 am and end no later than 12 pm
Attending once-a-month team meetings/training

Compensation
Flate rate of $125per job to begin and potential for bonuses
Any travel and meals while working are all taken care of by TLW

Just ordered our create room set up for the office. I can't wait to get everything organized for my welcome gifts, couple folders and so much more. This week has been the week of planning. FIVE different wedding plans, so we've been studying to learn all the differences between their traditions...
One I could totally get behind in the hindu faith...Tying of the Mangalsutra.

Unlike in western culture where we wear wedding bands, the groom ties this beautiful gold (yellow), black beaded pendant necklace as a symbol of marriage and the bride will wear it until her husband's death. It is a promise from the husband to his wife that they will always stay together. (😭😭😭). It also depicts the union of the husband and the wife and protects them from evil.

It's so amazing to learn what make are couples so special.
