We want to take a few minutes after such a wonderful weekend to say THANK YOU to each and every one of our amazing vendors this weekend!! Thank you all for helping to make magical memories for our patrons. We were happy to hear from many, how kind and nice (for the most part) our Faire goers are from you all. You all were amazing battling the elements with us and I was happy to see it did not detour attendance too much.🤞 It is as beautiful as the forecast is saying for next weekend. Thank you all again for everything!

We have killed the laptop battery. Started full I promise 😉..... That's not even talking about the humans batteries..... That have not been full in years. That being said, check your applications Lord's and Ladies. Not done yet but got through a good chunk.

We have been busy going through vendors in the past week and 😅🫠😴 we still have many more. We appreciate everyone being patient with us! Just want to insure each vendor has a thorough and fair judging 🧐 👓🔍🔎 I will say a goblet 🍺🍻🍷of mead is needed after tonight's because I for one am tired and excited with every vendor!!!! Wish we had the space to approve everyone but unfortunately we have a set amount of vendor space available 😭

Did you know the lifeblood of Ravenwood Faire is its volunteers? We have many volunteer positions open ranging from decorating, performance roles, load-in and load-out crews, cleanup crews, period musicians and poets and many more! No special experience? Don’t worry, we can help you find fit! Be part of an exciting group of volunteers and make a difference in the community at the same time!

Volunteers earn free tickets they can use on days they don’t work or give them away to friends & family. Besides such a great experience, don't forget the perks of being a volunteer! Want to know more?

Everyone who has applied to vend with us. We have added a extra question on eventeny, even if you have been approved please go in and answer.
The question is us asking if we can use the photos you provided us to make advertising for the faire. It is not a requirement but would greatly help us and you leading up to the faire😁

Good evening Lord's and Ladies!! We have been approving some vendors slowly but you still have until August 1st to apply. That time is coming upon us fast 😁 if you have questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to us via this Facebook messenger, eventeny message, or email. We will get back to you soon as we can and are excited to hear from you and see your products 😊

If you have not heard from us we are still deliberating and will be in contact soon. We will have a email sent if you are approved, wait listed, or rejected. Different topics go into each choice, anything from to many of the same style vendor, how much product is hand made, and so much more. We thank you for your patience with us as we grow our system and knowledge of eventeny. 💕

This year we at Ravenwood are changing up a few things. One of the things we are changing is how many people can get in free per booth. A 12X12 booth gets two free entries per day and a 24X24 gets four.

If you need more people we have options for you. 1. the extra people you need, buy a ticket OR 2.they volunteer a few hours to work for the faire.

You may be wondering what kind of volunteer work. It could be anything from working the ticket booth, stocking the toilets with essentials, or pulling trash. It will need to be at least 2 hours for a free entry. I will be making a post on how to volunteer shortly so please stay tuned 😊

Interesting information on fair drop time 😃. We have begun the Jury process !!! You still have till the 1st of August!! We will also be dropping a few approvals in the coming weeks 😉 if we haven't already 🤫. That being said even after your approval watch for emails with more details on vending this year, we have a few changes from previous years and we have some paperwork for everyone 📜 🪶 .
