Selling your business can be really tough! Selling to these two was easy!

With an abundance of joy, we are thrilled to announce that our dear friends, Melissa and Tony, are the new owners of Echo Valley and Sawmill Pizza & Brew Shed! If they look familiar to you, it's because they spent most of last season working alongside us and our amazing pizza team, helping to serve each and everyone of you.

They've actually been connected to us since 2015. Tony owns a DJ company and has been here many times over the years--and he and Melissa, along with their family and friends, have been dedicated "Sunday Funday Pizza Patrons" again and again...and again!

Beyond that, these two are locals. Wisconsinites--with ties to this community. And now, they and their growing family are our neighbors!

We could not have imagined the transition going more smoothly than it has with these two: our daily texts, open communication, common goals, growing friendship, inside jokes, shared music playlists, brainstorms in the Brew Shed, and the utmost respect and care for each other, have all factored into what we want all of you to know...this feels right.

Over the next several months, the 4 of us will continue to collaborate and prepare to welcome you all back for the 2023 season!
