We have beautiful picnic areas and can accommodate parking for RVs. We now offer a small selection of foods to pair with our wine, come on in to try a panini or a cheese plate. Look who’s back in the neighborhood!

The Tule elk are always a welcome sight, and we do our best to get photos to share with you. These were taken a few days ago, and the elk were a mile or so away from the tasting room property. We hope they continue to hang out in the ‘hood, and we have some more good photo opportunities. It’s been months since we’ve been able to share photos of them.

Merlin, Meredith and Chip had a tough time deciding on their favorite Cache Creek wine during a recent visit. Their debate between the Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon and Majestic Elk may still be going on. At least we know their humans enjoyed the wines, too.

This Friday is Global Champagne Day, and we’ve got two sparkling wines that can help you celebrate it.

As the weather cools, Cabbie, one of our resident cats, is once again actively visiting with our guests.

Recently, Cabbie supervised these wine tasters as they enjoyed their tasting flights and grab-and-go snacks from our deli case. If you want Cabbie to hang out with you while you taste, just keep in mind she’s not as fond of dogs as the rest of the staff.

We love when folks bring along their furry family members while wine tasting. Piper, a delightful Golden Retriever, visited us recently. Not only was she very well behaved, Piper also was fond of our Rosé of Cabernet Sauvignon. Maybe it was the wine’s lovely salmon color or the beautiful aromatics, that won her over, as she wasn’t old enough to taste it. (Just kidding, we don’t share wine with dogs or cats. Just with humans over 21.)

We’re heading into another picture-perfect weekend with warm temperatures and blue skies. If you live within driving distance, come on by and enjoy a tasting flight on our patio and maybe a picnic from our deli selection.

You may have heard the phrase Come Over October in the past few weeks, but do you know the story behind the phrase?

This past summer, three wine industry colleagues came up with the idea of Come Over October to encourage people to get together to celebrate life’s special moments and friendships.

Here’s a quote from the Come Over October website, “…invite friends, neighbors, colleagues, and family to “come over” to share some wine–at home, in a restaurant, or wherever get-togethers happen. Friendship is best when it is celebrated together.” Even if your friends or family aren’t wine drinkers, the Come Over October movement is a great reminder to make spending time together a priority.

This weekend, invite people you care about to gather, open a bottle or two of wine, hopefully some Cache Creek wines, and toast to your friendship and the time you spend together. If you don’t have a spot to gather, come by our tasting room and gather at one of our picnic tables or in our lawn chairs while you enjoy a flight of wine, or wine by the bottle or by the glass.

We all know life zooms by far too quickly, so we need to set aside time to spend with those we care about and enjoy. Cheers!

Sunday’s Wine Club Pick-Up Party was so much fun! A big thank you to our Wine Club members for joining us for the afternoon. And, thank you to Modern Relics for playing those great ‘80s dance tunes.

We got so caught up in pouring wine and serving our tailgate food that we didn’t get many photos from the day. We have a couple of cute shots to share with you, including the wines we poured and the tailgate burgers.

A huge round of applause and thank yous for everyone who made our final evening of Tastes, Tunes and Trucks a memorable and oh-so-fun night. Township’s endless perfect tunes kept everyone dancing, every bite of Big Earl’s BBQ was delicious, and we loved that so many of you came out and enjoyed yourselves.

Well that’s a wrap for the 2024 season of Tastes, Tunes & Trucks. Hope you’ll visit us again soon to taste some wine and have more good times.

It’s here! The final night of Tastes, Tunes & Trucks is happening tonight, Friday, October 11th from 6 – 9 p.m.

This is going to be epic with Township providing the Tunes and Big Earl’s BBQ the (food) Truck. The music is complimentary.

For the Tastes portion, we’ll have plenty of Cache Creek wine and beer on tap.

Grab your crew, some comfy lawn chairs (we have limited seating) and come over tonight for the final evening of Tastes, Tunes & Trucks — Friday Night for Locals!
