Life lately✨

I am sorry that I haven’t been posting much lately. I have been very busy with work, that I haven’t had the time to sit and post!

I am very thankful for everything that I have had the opportunity to accomplish in the last few months.👩🏼‍🍳

Today’s Update:
I just started my shopping for my event that takes place on Tuesday. The Community Women’s Seder, which will hold about 145 guests! My biggest event yet!

The menu will consist of
-a mixed green salad with cucumbers, heirloom tomatoes, red onion, and green olives with a vinaigrette
-baked garlic butter salmon, roasted yellow potatoes, lemon broccoli, and basmati rice
-bell pepper stuffed with corn, black beans, riced cauliflower, mushrooms, onions, peppers, tomato, topped with a vegan cilantro lime crema and salsa, served with basmati rice🌱
- coconut macaroons drizzled with chocolate -fresh fruit with assorted dips

I will make sure to post pictures of the final project!

What an amazing and eventful weekend I just had! On Saturday I decorated and catered a Hawaiian Luau Christmas Party and on Sunday I got to cook a private dinner for two. Both families were such a pleasure to work with and I really enjoyed the weekend!

What a “beary” beautiful day it was celebrating the Simchat Bat of Maya Aieta Tankel. I had full creative control over this event and oh, how much fun I had! My clients wanted pink and you bet I gave them pink! We even did an all pink candy bar! The greenery was all done by the amazingly talented Heather Hoopes!
