Just went to restaurant depot to price shop and I am happy to report that we will be using recycled containers ONLY ❤ They cost more but we feel there is no way we can put out food any other way. We all have to do our part to lessen our footprint ❤

Great News! We got the new commercial smoker we are buying approved for use by the City of Clearwater and the Clearwater Fire Marshall 😍 One HUGE step forward! Because we will be selling HAND SMOKED BBQ (not indoor electric), we had to get this outdoor use approved so that we can operate within the ordinances and stay safe for our patrons 🔥

John made smoked BBQ pork rind crusted chicken tonight. He crusted it in BBQ pork rinds and then smoked on his smoker and it came out like fried chicken without the carbs!

We have plans in place but we will not be executing on them until we get on the other side of COVID19. We are very excited about this new venture but have to do it in a way that makes sense for us and for the health and safety of our future customers ❤
