Dear Community,

We are considering transitioning the arena to a 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐞, 𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝, 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩-𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 and are seeking feedback from those who may be interested in this opportunity.

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧
• 𝐋𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩: Membership will be capped at specific number. (20-25 members)
• 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬: Members will have access to the arena from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with extended hours based on individual needs. (except during scheduled events).
• 𝐔𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐇𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐬: Members may bring and ride an unlimited number of horses.
• 𝐀𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝: Members will have a dedicated contact number to request the arena to be dragged at any time. (Staff member lives onsite)
• 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Enjoy more time to train horses without the challenge of a crowded facility.
• 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲: Guaranteed access to a dry, covered, and well-maintained arena for all training and riding needs.
• 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭: Use of the arena to showcase sale horses and create high-quality sale videos.
• 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐕𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐬: All trucks / trailers will be registered and monitored for entry into facility.

𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐅𝐞𝐞
• $450 per month, with an automatic digital payment plan.
• A 30-day notice is required to cancel your membership.
• A waiting list will be established for those interested in joining once the membership limit is reached.

While we value the broader community’s use of the facility, we have experienced issues with non-payment of the $10 per horse fee, misuse of the arena, and non-compliance with basic rules. Transitioning to a limited membership model would help maintain the facility’s quality and ensure a better experience for all members.
