Campus Reservations & Events is a student-centered department that provides exceptional guest and client services, event coordination and venue management through which student employees take part in hands-on experiential learning that is focused on engagement, innovation and professionalism. It's officially finals week here at Clemson and we can't believe how fast this semester has flown by! 📚 The Hendrix Student Center and Samuel J. Cadden Chapel will have extended building hours to accommodate your needs for studying, quiet reflection, or grabbing a bite to eat! Starting Sunday, December 8th, we will begin our finals week building hours (please see below).

The CRE Team wishes you the best of luck and we hope to see you before you leave for winter break! 🧡❄️☃️💜

Hendrix Student Center:
Sunday - 11 a.m. - 1 a.m.
Monday - Thursday - 7 a.m. - 1 a.m.

The countdown is on – it's officially ONE WEEK until August Graduation!

We couldn't help but reminisce; swipe ➡️ to see some pictures from May's ceremonies. But before diving into those, we wanted to ensure you're all set for next week.

Check out our graduation prep 🎓 must-do's:

1️⃣ Take your gown out of its packaging and hang it up to smooth out any wrinkles (trust us, there will be a lot of photos!) 📸

2️⃣ Remember to bring your cap, tassel, and any extra regalia like hoods, cords, or stoles 👩‍🎓👨‍🎓

Event Services is looking for new Student Event Coordinators (SEC) to join our team! SECs are responsible for assisting clients plan and execute on-campus events across all of our CRE-managed venues.

Are you organized, a strong communicator, self-motivated and looking to pursue a post-graduate career in events, management, marketing or other customer service related field? The CRE team is hard at work prepping for your big day, so we wanted to make sure you were, too!

As you prepare to enter into your Grad Era 🎓 here are a few reminders:

1️⃣ Take your gown out of its package and HANG IT UP to release some of the wrinkles (trust us, there will be tons of photos!)📸

2️⃣ Don't forget to bring your CAP, TASSEL and any additional graduation regalia such as HOODS, CORDS or STOLES 👨‍🎓👩‍🎓

3️⃣ Last but certainly not least, arrive EXCITED TO GRADUATE! 🎉

We cannot wait to CU there and look forward to being among the first to congratulate you on this accomplishment!
